What goes down can only come back up again.  Two weeks ago we saw nearly two-thirds of the spam drop when a web hosting company was closed down.

Since then the spam has slowly started to rise again.  The European Commission is calling for smarter actions to aid the economy and not hinder investment.  In the report by the EC it was highlighted that it was important to have a rapid deployment of digital solutions to combat the problem of spam.
