Prolateral's family of security appliances provide the first line of defense against Internet security threats. They include stateful packet inspection firewall, IPSec VPN for remote access, and IP address management features.

Prolateral can provide appliances to enhance your existing firewall and Internet connectivity using a “Honey-Pot” and an Intrusion Detection System to divert attention from your production systems, and to alert you to any attacks or suspicious activity on your network.

Prolateral's proTECT Messaging appliance provides all the features of the security appliance, however in addition acts as a middle man between your mail server and the Internet, thus protecting your mail server from exposure to the Internet and possible hacking and attacks. The messaging appliance can act as a go-between from the Internet to one mail server or to many mail server and multiple sites providing your company the ability to use a single domain name for email addresses across multiple sites.

Prolateral's Enterprise appliance is all of the above and more. In addition it provides a proxy cache thus making your Internet experience that much faster, with the Proxy Filtering you can block unwanted web sites by using a “cyber-No” list and a custom list of your choice.
