Click the button below to download and run the ProSupport remote-support application. Prolateral uses the latest remote-desktop technology to allow our support staff to instantly support your PC or server. Using these tools allows you to have a virtual 'on-site' engineer within seconds. All users needing support require is an internet connection, and the quickly-downloaded ProSupport Application. The ProSupport Application runs on your PC - but doesn't require installation, configuration or Administrator privileges. Once the remote support session is complete, your computer is completely secure. This ensures that you can be sure that no one can gain access to your PCs without your explicit permission. Running ProSupportClick on the Run Prosupport button in the panel on the top right of this page. You may see the following dialogue boxes - you should click on Open or Run in each case:- ![]()

Connecting to the Support TeamWhen you have succesfully run the application, you will see the ProSupport window - which looks like the image below:-

Your support engineer will tell you which of the Desktop Support lines to double-click. Once you have clicked the relevant line, your PC will attempt to open a connection to the Prolateral Support Team.

Finishing your sessionOnce connected, you can terminate the connection at any time by right-clicking on the 'pro' icon and selecting close. The support engineer can also finish the session. In both cases - the software will have been removed from your PC leaving it as it was before.
